The Arizona Cardinals could be down two starting offensive linemen this week. Head coach Mike LaFleur said Monday that right guard Isaiah Adams is unlikely to play after hurting his ankle in Sunday's 36-24 loss to the New York Giants.
"Most likely going to be out this week," LaFleur said of Adams, as reporter Bo Brack posted on X .
That isn't a final ruling, but it sounds like Arizona is getting ready to play without him.

Adams left in the second quarter Sunday and was carted off the field . He played 28 snaps before the injury and was having a rough day, with a 17.1 pass-blocking grade on 14 pass-blocking snaps, according to PFF.
It's the second injury of the season for the third-year guard. Adams missed the opener with a knee injury and was limited in practice all week before returning in Week 2.
He took over the job in August, when rookie second-round pick Chase Bisontis tore his MCL and was lost for the season.
Who replaces Isaiah Adams at right guard?
Jon Gaines II stepped in against the Giants and played the final 38 snaps. He earned a 46.7 pass-blocking grade, according to PFF, so it wasn't a clean afternoon for him, either.
The Cardinals do trust him. Center Hjalte Froholdt said in August that Gaines "can play all three interior positions" and that "there's not a drop when he goes in there."
The bigger problem is everything happening around him. Left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. is out for the season with a torn biceps, and rookie Jayden Williams is in line to replace him, so Arizona could have new starters at two spots up front.
