Iliman Ndiaye was straight in for his Manchester City debut on Saturday after leaving Everton on deadline day.
It was a chaotic day at Hill Dickinson Stadium and Finch Farm, with Angus Kinnear and the Friedkin Group leaving with zero credit.

Jack Grealish and Ainsley Maitland-Niles signed in the end, but the collapse of Folarin Balogun's signing leaves the Toffees seriously lacking.
Add to that Ndiaye's exit for only £60million, and trouble is brewing.
Everton take on Manchester United on Sunday, with a win desperately needed to shift the mood.
But, all eyes were on the other half of Manchester on 5 September, as they beat Coventry 1-0 at the Etihad.
What did Ndiaye say after Man City debut?
It was a proud day for Ndiaye and his family, but Everton fans were watching on through disappointment.
They should have banked so much more than the £60m, and given nobody is like him in the squad, it's even worse.

Ndiaye started in a 1-0 win over Coventry, and took to Instagram to share his excitement at the milestone.
"Happy to make my debut and to get the win," he wrote.
"Thank you to the fans for the support and the warm welcome."
Grealish, who has replaced Ndiaye at Everton, quickly responded to the post with a like, after his spot at City was taken by his former teammate.
His new teammates, Antoine Semenyo, Rayan Cherki and Ruben Dias all commented after the win.

David Moyes will not be happy about how the window ended.
Grealish missed the second half of last season with injury, and is coming towards the end of career, past his prime.
Ndiaye, on the other hand, is in the middle of his prime and ready to explode at Manchester City.
With Grealish's huge wages too, it's hard not to see Everton as the losers of this deal, especially given it's another loan.
Tyrqiue George, Tyler Dibling and Brennan Johnson also now have huge pressure on their shoulders to perform considerably better.
The only way this narrative will change is with wins on the pitch, starting against Man United on Sunday.
Hopefully, Grealish can have a huge impact and that could switch things immediately on Merseyside.
