Jaguars' RB downgraded from questionable to out vs. Colts in Week 17

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten has been downgraded from questionable to out for Sunday's Week 17 game with the Colts .

Tuten will not travel with the team to Indianapolis .

Tuten suffered a finger injury in Week 15 against the New York Jets . According to the NFL Network , Tuten was going to undergo surgery on the injury.

Tuten then did not play last week against Denver but returned to the practice field this week. He was limited all three days and originally listed as questionable before the latest news.

This season, Tuten has rushed for 284 yards with four touchdowns on the ground. He's also caught 10 passes for 79 yards with two more scores. Tuten has shared the backup running back role with LeQuint Allen .

Without Tuten against the Broncos , LeQuint Allen shouldered the backup running back snaps behind Travis Etienne , while DeeJay Dallas handled the kick return duties.
