How long has Wyatt Milum been with the Jaguars ?
Milum was selected by the Jaguars in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Recapping Wyatt Milum's 2025 season
Though he initially impressed at training camp, a knee injury forced Milum to miss the first month of his rookie season, finally debuting in Week 6. He had limited snaps through the season, but when he did play, he performed well. Milum graded highly in the run game and allowed just two pressures and no sacks over 39 pass-blocking snaps.
Looking ahead to 2026 for Wyatt Milum
Milum will have to compete with veteran guard Patrick Mekari this summer, and while Mekari has a slight edge simply due to having more experience, the starting spot is truly up for grabs. Mekari similarly struggled with injuries last season, and his performance wasn't quite as strong as Milum's, but both guards are healthy this offseason.
Long-term, Milum is probably the future at this position, but the Week 1 starter seems likely to be Mekari. Milum can certainly push for playing time, however, and Mekari may not still be the starter at right guard by the end of the season.
Along with potentially competing for right guard snaps, Milum has the positional versatility to fill in at a few different spots as needed.
