Chris Rodriguez Jr. gave the Jacksonville Jaguars a physical edge on the ground in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium. It was a rougher day for Josh Hines-Allen and a pass rush that didn't sack C.J. Stroud once.
Jacksonville fell to 4-2 when Ka'imi Fairbairn hit a 49-yard field goal as time expired, ending a three-game winning streak heading into the bye. The Jaguars came into the week ranked among the league's elite , and here's whose stock moved in London.
Stock up: Chris Rodriguez Jr.
Rodriguez ran 11 times for 55 yards, a 5.0-yard average, while Bhayshul Tuten managed 39 yards on 12 carries. Rodriguez did the heavy lifting on Jacksonville's 14-play drive that bridged the first and second quarters, with six carries for 39 yards, starting with a 14-yard run on the first snap. He also converted both of his third-and-1 carries, including a 3-yard run to the Houston 7 that set up Travis Hunter's fourth-quarter touchdown. Tuten has been the early answer at running back , but Rodriguez made a case for more early-down work after the bye.
Stock up: Nate Boerkircher

Boerkircher caught two passes for 8 yards, and one of them was the Jaguars' best catch of the day. On first-and-goal from the 1 in the third quarter, Trevor Lawrence faked a quarterback run and lofted it to the back of the end zone, where Boerkircher tipped it with one hand and still came down with it, according to Yahoo Sports' live coverage . The score cut Houston's lead to 24-21.
Stock up: Ameer Abdullah
Abdullah returned four kickoffs for 118 yards, a 29.5-yard average, and all four reached the Jacksonville 30 or better. He was hurt on his second return in the first quarter and came back before halftime. On a day when Jacksonville needed every yard, he kept giving the offense a head start, and Josh Cameron added a 46-yard return of his own that set up a touchdown.
Stock down: Josh Hines-Allen

Hines-Allen finished with one tackle and one quarterback hit, and Jacksonville didn't sack Stroud on 34 pass attempts. Travon Walker had three tackles and no hits. Stroud threw for 312 yards at 9.2 yards per attempt, and on Houston's final drive he completed both of his passes to Woody Marks for 25 yards to set up the winning kick. Houston also ran for 114 yards, and Hines-Allen's lone tackle came on a 5-yard Nico Collins run inside the 10. The Jaguars' best edge rusher has to show up in a game like this one.
Stock down: Parker Washington
Washington has been Jacksonville's breakout receiver, enough that we've written about a potential Parker Washington extension . Sunday was a step back. Lawrence targeted him 11 times, and he caught four for 64 yards. Three of the misses came in a row on Jacksonville's second possession, including the fourth-and-3 throw from the Houston 37. He did make a 27-yard catch on third-and-4 to set up Tuten's first touchdown.
The bye gives the Jaguars two weeks to decide whether Rodriguez's role grows and how to get more out of a pass rush that let Stroud sit back at Wembley.
