The Miami Dolphins got a key player back from injury in the third quarter against the Tampa Bay Bucs at Hard Rock Stadium.
Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle left the field and entered the locker room in the second quarter of the Dolphins' game against the Bucs in Week 17 of the NFL regular season. The Dolphins announced Waddle's status as questionable to return due to a rib injury.
Waddle did not have a reception and had one carry for 7 yards at the time of his injury.
The Dolphins' star wide receiver returned to the field with the team in the third quarter and is expected to return to play. Miami held a 17-7 lead over the Bucs at halftime.
