- Jordan Ross named SEC Defensive Lineman of the week
There's a phrase that was said a lot when I was younger: It's cool if you can do something once, but if you're nice, you can do it twice.
Jordan Ross has been absolutely nice for the past two weeks in a row. And with his performance against Auburn, he received some SEC recognition.
The LSU edge rusher was named the SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week today. This is the second time this season that Ross has been recognized by the conference.

Ross dominated against Auburn on the road this weekend and was a major reason the War Eagles could not find success on offense. Ross finished the game with four tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks. A performance definitely worthy of recognition.
The Tigers are getting a much deserved break this week as they prepare to take on the Crimson Tide next Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
Are you surprised by Jordan Ross's performance so far this season? Do you think he can continue to develop his level of play down the stretch?
