The report claims that Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann only wanted to nominate one of Karim Adeyemi, Kevin Schade, and Maximilian Beier.

Ultimately, he opted to call up Beier, who plays alongside Adeyemi at Borussia Dortmund.
Germany's full World Cup squad will be announced at 13:00 CEST, but a large part of it has already been confirmed.
