KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Current unveiled a new kit on Thursday, marking the first time the club will have a third option in its history.
The new kits feature the Current's iconic teal color with a pulsating design across the front and back of the jerseys, laid over a navy blue or "storm" hue as a base. Teal piping runs down the sides of the kit, with storm and teal colored shorts.

According to the club, the new kit reflects the culture of Kansas City women's soccer and the momentum of the Current itself.
"The Storm Kit reflects the momentum of the organization both on and off the pitch, while also showcasing our Kansas City pride and brand synergy. This iconic look is poised to be a fan favorite, and we are proud to expand our kit options," said Current Chief Marketing Officer, Jocelyn Monroe.
In addition to the returning details like front-of-kit sponsor, United Way of Greater Kansas City, back-of-kit sponsor LaCroix and sleeve sponsor Blue Cross Blue Shield Kansas City, CVS Health is debuting as the new lower back-of-kit sponsor on all three kits in 2026.
