What are analysts saying about Dani Dennis-Sutton ?
ESPN:"Dennis-Sutton is coming off back-to-back seasons with 8.5 sacks, which was a team high in 2025. He is strong at the point of attack, primarily using a bull rush to affect the passer. He needs to add craftier pass-rush moves to his repertoire, including more counter moves. Dennis-Sutton also struggles with change of direction, but he is a stout run defender who could continue to develop into an effective player in the pros."
NFL's Lance Zierlein:"Dennis-Sutton is a base defensive end with toughness. He's effective against the run, but he has limited pass-rushing upside. His predictable, linear rush lacks the burst and bend to beat tackles to the top of the rush and flatten into the pocket. He uses hand violence and brute force to challenge tackles with weak anchors. He'll get bounced around because his pad level is too high, but he's tough to finish and finds his way to the action when it's near him. Dennis-Sutton is equipped to muddy running lanes but might not make many impact plays. He has average upside as an odd- or even-front end."

USA TODAY:"While Dennis-Sutton never lived up to his All-America pass-rushing hype at Penn State, he certainly proved his value as all-around defensive end. His elite power, strength and length should make him an NFL rotational piece right away, especially with his abilities against the run. His pass-rush development will be intriguing: He owns the athletic skills to become one of the league's standouts."
