- Kyle Pitts among Falcons' top free agents in 2026 offseason
The Atlanta Falcons ' Week 15 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was a nice detour from an otherwise dreadful season, but soon the team will have to make some tough decisions. Several key players, including tight end Kyle Pitts , linebacker Kaden Elliss and running back Tyler Allgeier , are set to become free agents when the season is over.
Some of these decisions will come down to whether or not the Falcons make changes to their coaching staff, which seems like a strong possibility considering the team's struggles in 2025. Pitts is arguably the biggest name to watch in free agency.

Allgeier is another player the team could look to retain in free agency. The former fifth-round pick has 396 rushing yards and eight touchdowns this season as the primary backup to star running back Bijan Robinson .
Other players to watch include edge rusher Arnold Ebiketie , defensive tackle David Onyemata and kicker Zane Gonzalez . Check out the list of Falcons players set to hit free agency in the 2026 NFL offseason below.
