In a recent report , Sussex World mentioned that Manchester United have identified Brighton and Hove Albion left-back Ferdi Kadioglu as a target. It has been claimed that the Red Devils are eyeing a move to acquire the services of the Turkish defender this summer.
Kadioglu enjoyed a good run of form at the English club in the previous campaign when he put in a series of impressive performances for them on the left flank. The 26-year-old found the back of the net once in 42 matches for Brighton last season across all competitions.
The Turkish talent is currently one of the most talented full-backs in the Premier League. Hence, it is no surprise that the Red Devils are hoping to get a deal done for him in this transfer window.
His current contract at Brighton will run out in the summer of 2028, which could make it tough for Man United to land him on the cheap this month.

Kadioglu is a good tackler of the ball and can sense the danger well to earn possession back for his team inside his half. He usually puts his foot through the ball when the opposition are on the front foot, but needs to find a way to add more goals and assists to his game.
The Turkish sensation is primarily a left-back but can also operate as a right-back or as a right-sided wide player if told to do so. He is already quite familiar with the Premier League and won't take much time to adjust to life at Man United .
We can expect Kadioglu to bring more quality to Michael Carrick's defence. He has what it takes to challenge for a regular first-team spot at the Theatre of Dreams in the coming years.
At 26, Kadioglu's best years are ahead of him, which makes him a decent option for the Mancunian giants to consider this month. He will also help the Red Devils compete across all fronts over the next few years. Therefore, Carrick should focus on trying everything in his power to lure him to Old Trafford before the end of this summer transfer window.
