In a recent report , Mundo Deportivo mentioned that Manchester United are keeping a keen eye on Atletico Madrid ace Giuliano Simeone. It has been claimed that the Red Devils are eyeing a move to recruit the Argentine talent next year.
Simeone has enjoyed a good run of form at the Madrid club as he has put in a string of impressive displays on the right side of their backline. The Argentine defender has featured in ten matches for Atletico Madrid this season, scoring two goals and earning two assists in multiple competitions.
The 23-year-old is currently among the most talented wide players in La Liga . Hence, it is no surprise that the Red Devils have set their sights on him ahead of a potential move next year.
His current deal at the Wanda Metropolitano will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Man United to land him on the cheap this January or at the end of this campaign.

Simeone is a good tackler of the ball and can time his challenges well to earn possession back for his team inside his half. He usually puts his foot through the ball when the opposition are on the front foot and is an accurate distributor of the ball.
The Argentine sensation can even chip in by scoring and creating a few important goals for his team. Simeone is primarily a right-winger but can also serve as a right-back if asked to do so. However, only time will tell whether he can cope with the physical side and high intensity of the Premier League if the Red Devils manage to get a deal done for him next year.
We can expect Simeone to add more quality and depth to Manchester United boss Michael Carrick's defence. He is good enough to compete for a regular first-team spot at Old Trafford.
At 23, Simeone has his peak years ahead of him, which makes him a good choice for the Red Devils to consider in 2027. However, Carrick has to give him some time to adjust to life in England before he can get the best out of him.
