Matt Brash headlines that list as a key bullpen arm. In 20 appearances this season, Brash owns a key 0.54 ERA and 0.84 WHIP. He has 15 strikeouts in 16.2 innings. This is now the second time this season that Brash is headed to the IL, as he did back on April 29 after throwing only two pitches against the Minnesota Twins . The right-hander has allowed just one run this season, and it came against the Arizona Diamondbacks .
Miles Mastrobuoni played 76 games with the Mariners last season, hitting .250 with a .620 OPS. After missing all of this season so far, he has now been reinstated as a likely bench piece.
