“I can’t wait to tell people I get to coach the Patriots. I get to coach you guys on Sundays. It’s an honor and a privledge to watch you go out there and compete.
“We knew it wasn’t going to be easy. I appreciate each and every one of you.
“I’ve got a few guys I gotta to recognize. Early in the game, we told you we were going to be aggressive, OK, just like we have all year. They went blitz zero. Pop Tuddy. (clap) Pop Tuddy. (clap)
“OK, all I know is that we talked about these boots, OK. KC pulled them up — hold on — Marcus to the house. (clap)
“That’s the difference. We talked about working together to create turnovers, and then we’ve got guys who can score. And you hunted the ball. We talked about this guy on the backside and what we were going to be able to do. We needed a play. Boutte went downtown. Boutte. (clap)
