The moment came just when ESPN's broadcast of the event came back from commercial break at Navy Pier in Chicago. Chicago legend Toni Kukoc sat in as the team representative .
Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards locked up the No.1 pick.
Going into the Lottery, the Bulls seemed poised to land in the top ten. However, they moved up five spots to get the No.4 pick. According to ESPN's NBA Mock Draft, the top four picks are slated to be AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer , or Caleb Wilson.
If it goes according to plan, then the Bulls should receive Wilson, a 6-foot-10 forward from North Carolina.

Nevertheless, the Bulls are poised to receive a top-tier talent as the organization looks to start from scratch after years of futility.
This concludes the first week for Bryson Graham as the Executive VP of Basketball Operations. He was seen giving a head nod when the No.4 pick was announced, Coby Westerlund of 670 The Score.
Earlier in the week, Graham emphasized the type of player he is looking for. A player who fits into his SLAP acronym: size, length, athleticism, and physicality. Each of the top has masterfully exuded those qualities.
In total, the Bulls have plenty to feel good about for the time being. The 2026 NBA Draft is scheduled for June 23 to 24.
