Moyes hopeful Everton defender will be fit to face Hull
Everton boss David Moyes has confirmed that Vitaliy Mykolenko is in contention for selection after an early return to training.
The Ukrainian appeared in his country's victory against Hungary, but was not included in the squad for their match against Georgia due to a muscle issue.

"He's got a chance for Sunday, an extra day might help," Moyes said.
Christian Norgaard has yet to make an appearance for Everton, and the wait may go on for his debut, as he is still a doubt.
"He's making progress, I don't know if he's quite ready. If I had my way I'd give him more time," Moyes said.
"Let's hope we can get Christian ready, he's only played 45 minutes in a game.
"He's not had much football at all, just trying to get him up to speed.
"I've got to try and manage with what we've got."
