- NFL Draft Rumors: BUF Bills, NO Saints Among Teams In On Denzel Boston
The 2026 NFL Draft class is fairly deep at wide receiver, with at least five wideouts expected to be taken in Round 1. One of the pass-catchers who seems to be generating a lot of interest in the pre-draft process is Washington Huskies standout Denzel Boston.
According to Tony Pauline of Essentially Sports , Boston has interest from the Miami Dolphins , Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints . They are among at least 10 teams who have scheduled predraft visits with Boston.

Denzel Boston stats (2025):62 receptions, 881 receiving yards, 11 touchdowns, 14.2 yards per reception
Standing at 6-foot-4, Boston provides prototypical size for an outside wide receiver. He earned third-team All-Big Ten honors this past season as the leading receiver for the Huskies and followed that up with a strong showing at the NFL Scouting Combine.
While New Orleans ( Chris Olave ) and Buffalo ( D.J. Moore ) have proven No. 1 wide receivers, Boston brings a complementary skill set. He offers an outstanding catch radius with tremendous ball skills and strong hands, offering the ability long-term to both be a red-zone weapon and even help on some downfield 50-50 balls.

In terms of his career trajectory, either the Saints or Bills would be the better landing spot for Boston. He could step into a more complementary role in Buffalo's passing game, catching passes from Josh Allen and playing alongside Moore and Dalton Kincaid . New Orleans offers another ideal situation, where he could be paired with Olave and second-year quarterback Tyler Shough .
There would be a much clearer path to targets in Miami, but he would also be joining a team in the early stages of a rebuild with an offensive play-caller in Bobby Slowik who has had mixed results in that role. Given that both Miami and New Orleans are picking inside the top-11, those two clubs are likely viewing him as an option early in Round 2 or as a potential trade-up target.
