Notes from Irsay-Gordon's press conference after Colts miss playoffs

Indianapolis Colts' owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon will be speaking with the media at 2:30 PM ET on Monday.

This press conference comes after another missed postseason by the Colts . Indianapolis finished 2025 with an 8-9 record and on a seven-game losing streak.

The Colts have now missed the playoffs for five consecutive seasons.

However, the decision to retain GM Chris Ballard and head coach Shane Steichen has already been made.
