- Gladstone mentions the contributions the team got this season from several Day 3 draft picks, and a few UDFAs were a "really good sign for the future."

- "We saw by season's end there was an uptick," Gladstone said of the pass rush. "We saw an evolution of usage," and he adds that the scheme will evolve, and that will impact how Jacksonville addresses the defensive line this offseason.

- "His rehab process is going as expected," Gladstone said of Hunter. "He's hitting it hard." Gladstone says Hunter will still play both sides of the ball. Given the roster outlook, there could be a greater emphasis on cornerback for Hunter. Gladstone feels good heading into the offseason and what the future holds for Hunter.

- "For him right now it's about getting his rehab right and diving in mentally," Coen said of Hunter. Coen said he's excited to continue working with Hunter and see what his evolution looks like.

- "The desired result wasn't there, but there was pride in the process," Gladstone said of the 2025 season. Gladstone says that having a longer runway this offseason compared to last will be a "luxury."

- "The WR1 doesn't necessarily exist in the system," Gladstone said, referring to the idea that each week a different receiver could be the focal point depending on what the matchup dictates.

- "BT will 100% be a part of that," Coen said of Brian Thomas Jr. and the wide receiver position and that unit growing collectively within the offense.

- "I was really impressed," Gladstone said of Lawrence's growth within the offense this season. "There was a clear uptick in command, control, comfort, and playmaking."

- "Such an impactful season," Gladstone said of Devin Lloyd. "Extremely happy for Devin and his production this season." Gladstone says that the role and impact Lloyd had this season was very real.

- Gladstone says that Montaric Brown's play during training camp was very real -- as we saw during the course of the season. "Certainly proud to see his output climb" this season.

- Gladstone says one thing he appreciates about Travon Walker is how much he cares about his teammates and being a part of the Jaguars' organization. "He's someone we want to align ourselves with moving forward."

- "He is someone we can really rely on moving forward," Gladstone said of Brenton Strange. Gladstone noted all the different ways that Strange can impact the game.
