Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back Jeremiyah Love now has the single-season touchdown record for the school.
Love bests Jerome Bettis, who had 20 touchdowns in 1991. Love has 21 as of this writing, though he just left the game against the Stanford Cardinal with an injury. It's unclear what the injury is or how severe it is.

Love came close to the school record last year -- he was one short of tying Bettis in 2024 with 19 touchdowns.
