NORMAN — For the fourth time this season, Oklahoma is looking to bounce back from a loss.

The Sooners , with help from interim offensive coordinator Jason Witten , travel to face No. 24 Florida at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville.

It will be the first-ever-on-campus matchup between the two programs.

OU enters with quarterback questions after coach Brent Venables didn't commit to John Mateer as the Sooners' starter Tuesday.

DRAIN THE SWAMP

Of course the Sooners continue their win-loss, win-loss trend this season. The offense isn't spectacular but shows signs of consistency and rhythm while the defense looks rejuvenated after the South Carolina debacle.

LATER, GATORS

I'm expecting OU's defense to bounce back from last week and for the Jason Witten-led offense to do not much ... but just enough. Get ready for a slog of a game in The Swamp.

ODDLY ENOUGH

No matter what changes — be it with Jason Witten calling plays for the OU offense or Tramell Jones Jr. taking over as Florida's starting quarterback — there's one certainty this season. OU will win a game and lose the next before winning again.

CHOMP CHOMP

The Sooners keep it a one-score game with a plethora of Gators likely out. But Witten isn't able to fix all of OU's offensive issues quite yet.

GATOR FOOD

Changing offensive coordinators is not enough to fix all of the issues the Sooners have on that side of the ball, even if a quarterback change is made. But some improvement is better than none. The issue is trying to make those changes in The Swamp while hoping an elite defense that showed signs of wearing down can rebound.
