The injury train continues for the Oregon Ducks as they enter the month of November, clinging to a chance to make it to the postseason with a game against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
After going down awkwardly in the first quarter of Oregon's win over the Northwestern Wildcats over the weekend, starting running back Jordon Davison is expected to miss this game with a lower-leg injury, though it is not expected to be a long-term ailment. Fellow Oregon running back Dierre Hill also missed the second half with an injury against Northwestern, but he is not featured on the availability report, which is a great sign for the Ducks ..
On a positive note, there appears to be some improvement when it comes to the status of wide receiver Jeremiah McClellan, who has missed the last six games with a broken foot. McClellan was seen warming up before the game against Northwestern, and he is now listed as probable ahead of Oregon's game against Ohio State.
On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, the Big Ten Conference will release the statuses of several players, with teams classifying them as out, doubtful, or questionable.
A final availability report will then be released two hours prior to kickoff on Saturday. Here is a look at the first availability report for the Ducks and Buckeyes.
