The outlook for the Oregon Ducks' 2026 season largely hinges on the quarterback position and what QB Dante Moore plans to do. Whether or not he goes to the NFL will largely determine the ceiling of this Ducks team, and as of Sunday morning, we are still awaiting an announcement from No. 5.

However, it appears that the Ducks have a plan in place, regardless of whether or not Moore declares for the 2026 NFL draft.

On Sunday morning, a pair of Crystal Ball predictions dropped for the Ducks to land former Nebraska Cornhuskers quarterback Dylan Raiola , a former 5-star QB who will be a junior in 2026. Raiola was in Oregon on Saturday night, and now both 247Sports' Chris Hummer and Matt Zenitz have predicted he will transfer to the Ducks.

Don't think that Raiola's potential transfer means that Moore is planning to leave, though. There is a belief that Raiola, who broke his fibula in November, would be willing to do exactly what Moore did a year ago, coming to Eugene and sitting for a year, utilizing his redshirt while he learns the system and develops more.

Whether or not this will be the case depends on what Moore does. However, it appears that Raiola is likely going to be coming to Eugene in the near future. How soon he plays is yet to be seen.
