The Green Bay Packers are going old-school to drum up support for its Pro Bowlers - a "vintage" approach, as the voice on the other end of the phone might say.
The Packers invited fans to call the "Big Boom Hotline" to hear from any one of 10 players on the team, who have all left messages pumping up the Packers and seeking support in Pro Bowl balloting.
A call to 772-244-2666 will get it done - or, if you prefer, 772-BIG-BOOM. And, if you're one of those people who simply doesn't want to deal with dialing a phone number, the voicemails can also be heard at 772BigBoom.com .
Messages are waiting there from quarterback Jordan Love , edge rusher Micah Parsons , running back Josh Jacobs , edge rusher Rashan Gary , punter Daniel Whelan , safety Xavier McKinney , offensive lineman Zach Tom , linebacker Quay Walker , cornerback Keisean Nixon and linebacker Edgerrin Cooper .
From Parsons noting that if you leave a message, "I will find you," to Nixon pondering whether he should name a prospective new dog Curly to QB1 offering, "I just want to give you a daily reminder to always choose Love," each player has something unique.
Fans are reminded they can make their votes at Packers.com/probowl .
