The Dallas Wings are riding a two-game losing streak after falling to the Golden State Valkyries on Aug. 17. Meanwhile, guards Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd recently discussed their relationship in an upcoming documentary on the UConn Huskies dynasty.
Fudd and Bueckers had been rumored to be dating since their time at UConn, but there was no confirmation. However, Apple TV's docuseries "The Dynasty: UConn Huskies" , which is set to premiere Aug. 21, captures the two opening up about their relationship.
In a clip released ahead of the documentary, both discuss their relationship and what brought them together.
"It kind of just meshed as soon as we met," Bueckers said in the Apple TV clip. "She's sweet, she's genuine. She has a huge, caring heart. We kind of felt a spark a little bit different than what would just be a normal friendship."

Dallas lost Fudd for the rest of 2026 after announcing that she will undergo an arthroscopic procedure to address ongoing right knee soreness.
During the offseason, Dallas drafted Fudd first overall in the 2026 draft and signed Alanna Smith , Odyssey Sims , Alysha Clark and Jessica Shepard .
Currently, the Wings are eighth in the league standings and are third in assists with 21.7 per game, behind the Las Vegas Aces (21.8), Minnesota Lynx (21.9) and Los Angeles Sparks (21.9).
Dallas is also fifth in rebounds per game with 33.9, behind the Lynx (34.8), New York Liberty (35.2), Atlanta Dream (35.3) and Washington Mystics (37.7).
In addition to the franchise's assists and rebounds, the team is fourth in field goal percentage at 46.3%, behind the Las Vegas Aces (48.2%), Lynx (48.5%) and Indiana Fever (48.8%).
Dallas has eight regular-season games remaining, and only one opponent is above .500. Portland is 15-20 and is the closest team that can challenge the Wings for the final playoff spot.
The Wings' next game will be against the Indiana Fever on Aug. 20 at 8 p.m. ET on Prime Video.
