Park Hill South’s Addison Bjorn selected for McDonald’s All-American Game
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Park Hill South girls basketball standout Addison Bjorn received one of the most prestigious honors in high school basketball.
She was selected for the 2026 McDonald’s All-American girls game on Monday.
Bjorn committed to Texas in November over North Carolina, Iowa, Duke, Notre Dame, UConn and Kansas. She has accumulated a decorated resume during her time at Park Hill South.
In 2025, the 6-foot-2 shooting guard was named Missouri Gatorade Player of the Year and the winner of the DiRenna Award, given to the top male and female basketball players in the Kansas City metro.

She surpassed 1,000 points by her sophomore year and has been a part of the USA Basketball’s U16, U17 and U19 teams, winning gold medals with each squad. She was also named to the 2026 USA Women’s Nike Hoop Summit.
Bjorn is one of the best players in the country, with ESPN having her currently ranked 10th in their top 100 rankings.
As she finishes her senior season, she is looking to bring Park Hill South girls basketball their first ever state championship.
