Parsa Fallah's college career might not be over yet.
The Oklahoma State men's basketball forward was granted a temporary restraining order Tuesday in Payne County District Court as part of an eligibility case against the NCAA.
OSU defensive lineman Iman Oates , who has already been granted a temporary restraining order to return to the football team, was also named in the court document along with OSU soccer player Ellie Geoffroy, Tulsa men's basketball player Romad Dean and Bowling Green men's basketball player Javontae Campbell, who's from Muskogee.
Fallah, who tore his ACL at the end of last season, averaged 14.7 points and 6.0 rebounds for the Cowboys. From Iran, Fallah was a member of the 2021 class. He redshirted one season at Southern Utah, then played two seasons at Southern Utah, one at Oregon State and one at Oklahoma State.
It's still unclear whether Fallah will be eligible to play this season. The temporary order only stays in effect until the next hearing is set. The NCAA will have a chance to file a response.
The Cowboys tip off their season on Nov. 2 against Incarnate Word.
