- Patrick Mahomes Reacts To Travis Kelce’s Three-Year Deal with the Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes is probably grinning ear-to-ear right now. His ride-or-die, Travis Kelce , is back in the building, and it looks like TE1 could be locked in for another few years.
After all the retirement smoke this offseason, Kelce shut it down and doubled down on Kansas City , committing to at least one more run. But hearing about Kelce signing a three-year deal is music to Mahomes' ears.

The three-peat dream? Still very much alive. And with Kelce running those money routes over the middle, this Chiefs offense is still operating in cheat-code mode. At this point, Mahomes-Kelce isn't just elite, it's inching into Brady-Gronk territory from the Patriots dynasty days. And yeah, that's saying something.

Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl champ, just made it official—TE1 is running it back. Despite all the retirement buzz earlier this offseason, Kelce is sticking with the Chiefs for Year 14 and just inked a fresh three-year extension . And yeah, you already know QB1 was HYPED.

Instead of dropping a tweet, Mahomes went straight to FaceTime. Calling Kelce mid-signing while he was rocking full Chiefs red, repping the Kingdom loud and clear. The behind-the-scenes clip posted by New Heights on X had Mahomes grinning, saying, "Congratulations… home sweet home. Look at the beard, that man's ready to go."
Kelce, in peak fashion, hit him back with a "Patriciooo" and checked in on rehab. Chiefs fans were already feeling good, but Mahomes' response sealed it. A confident, no-doubt-about-it: "Yessir."
That's all you need to hear if you're in KC.
Kelce's résumé is light work. With three rings in 13 seasons, a future Hall of Famer, and the heartbeat of Andy Reid's dynasty. But the real cheat code has always been the Mahomes-Kelce connection. One of the most automatic duos in NFL history, right up there with the greats.

Bottom line: the band's still together, the window's still wide open, and the three-peat dreams? Very much alive.
It's time for more Mahomes-Kelce action, baby!
