The Penn State Nittany Lions were able to grab a big win last week over the Purdue Boilermakers, ending their four-game losing streak .
Penn State came in off a bye week, looking much more focused and ready to play than they had in previous games. The Nittany Lions now sit with a record of 4-4 on the season, going 1-4 in Big Ten games so far.

This team will be heading out on the road this week to face off against the Washington Huskies, giving them a nice challenge to overcome. Washington has played well this season, going 5-3 on the year, with the team posting a record of 2-3 in Big Ten play.
Both sides will be looking to get an advantage over the other, with each still trying to position itself in the conference. For the Nittany Lions, they will try to build off the win last week, getting themselves back on track from a slow stretch of games.
Heading into the game, Penn State seems to have an advantage over the Huskies, despite the matchup being on the road. According to the ESPN matchup predictor , the Nittany Lions are being given a 52.6 percent chance of taking down Washington in the game.
Head coach Matt Campbell wants to see more physicality from his team this week, giving them a better chance to come away with the win. Campbell got off to a strong start in his tenure, but the team has struggled over the last few weeks.

One part of the game for the Nittany Lions to give them an edge is for quarterback Rocco Becht to get back on track. Becht started the year off on a high note, but has since struggled to find any form of consistency on the field.
For the year, Becht has thrown for 1,839 yards with 13 touchdowns and five interceptions, with four of the picks coming over the last four games. Becht hasn't done well at taking care of the football lately, giving opposing teams a better chance to take advantage of his poor play.
Against Washington, Becht has to limit the turnovers, especially with how well Huskies quarterback Demond Williams has played. The Nittany Lions will have a tough task to overcome this week, especially with the game being played on the road.
The kickoff for the game between Penn State and Washington is set for 12:30 p.m. PT/3:30 p.m. ET from Husky Stadium.
