"You don't have to look far in our sport to find someone whose life was touched by one of these five," Mike Trimboli, president of USA Hockey said in a statement. "Their extraordinary contributions will be felt for generations to come, and it is with great pride that we welcome them among the all-time greats of the sport in our country."
Amanda Kessel is one of the most decorated women's hockey players of all time, winning three NCAA Division I championships, four gold medals at the IIHF Women's World Championships, and an Olympic gold medal in 2018.
Amanda's brother Phil is a three-time Stanley Cup champion, winning in back-to-back seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2016 and 2017 before capturing his third with the Vegas Golden Knights in 2023. Kessel also suited up for an NHL-record 1,064 consecutive regular-season games, actively holding the league's ironman streak.
T.J. Oshie is a Stanley Cup champion with the Washington Capitals and famously represented the U.S. on the international stage on multiple occasions. Although, none are more noteworthy than his appearance at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, where he scored on four of six shootout attempts, including the deciding goal, in an iconic 3-2 win over Russia.

Ryan Suter played the second-most NHL games among any American-born player (1,526) across his 20 seasons in the league . He was apart of USA's first-ever gold medal in the IIHF World Junior Championship back in 2004, and suited up twice at the Olympics and five times at the IIHF World Championships in his career.
Stan Wong has been an athletic trainer for over 40 years, beginning his career with the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL before joining as head athletic trainer for the Capitals in 1986. He held that position for 13 seasons. Wong later joined Team USA in 2003 for the World Juniors and has since been apart of seven gold-medal winning staffs.
