The (1-1) Pittsburgh Steelers host the (2-0) Cincinnati Bengals at Acrisure Stadium for Week 3 of the regular season. One interesting storyline surrounding the game is who will start at right tackle. Dylan Cook won the starting job because of his experience, taking first-team reps during training camp and the preseason, familiarity with the offense, and rookie first-round pick Max Iheanachor missing several weeks with a shoulder injury. As a result, Cook has struggled and had to compete this week in order to hold onto the starting job.
Iheanachor had a strong practice and drew praise from offensive line coach James Campen. "He's been making the necessary steps to put himself in position, and the other guys have, too. In reality, they all have to be ready to move on a second's notice. Those decisions get made by the coordinators and head coaches and general managers. We coach them up. And we're not just doing the best we can. We have to be better," Campen said via Blitzburgh .

According to Ian Rapoport, Max Iheanachor will make his first career start at right tackle for Week 3 against the Bengals. As a result, Dylan Cook has been relegated to the swing tackle role. In addition, Brock Hoffman will get the start at right guard. Spencer Anderson started the first two games there but lost the job and is also dealing with a broken bone in his right leg , classified as a broken chip, which he suffered last week.
