- Which players are in Kansas football's 2026 signing class?
LAWRENCE — Kansas football has been very busy in the transfer portal in recent weeks, but National Signing Day on Wednesday, Feb. 4 is also an opportunity to showcase who the Jayhawks have signed to their 2026 recruiting class out of high school.
Back on Dec. 3, during the now seemingly more anticipated early signing period, KU coach Lance Leipold announced the additions of 17 high school prospects. That included quarterback Jaylen Mason and offensive lineman Kaden Snyder, among others. It's a group that this fall will look to help the Jayhawks reach bowl eligibility again after Kansas missed out on bowl games each of the past two seasons — following back-to-back bowl appearances in 2022 and 2023.
