Premier League Team of the Week: Our Best XI
The Premier League Team of the Week is headlined by Aston Villa 's statement victory over Manchester City, Tottenham's impressive triumph at Chelsea and Bournemouth 's latest demolition of Manchester United at Old Trafford.
From Zion Suzuki's outstanding display in goal to Nicolas Jackson 's match-winning double, this week's selection celebrates the players who made the biggest impact across the Premier League , with several summer signings continuing to make their mark.

Goalkeeper: Zion Suzuki - Aston Villa
It's time to give Aston Villa their flowers for their summer rebuild. There were fears when several senior stars were sold in the summer, but Villa look to have recruited brilliantly.
Zion Suzuki has made his presence felt in goal and recorded 1.74 Expected Goals prevented against Manchester City.
Right-back: Matty Cash - Aston Villa
Summed up an excellent performance from Aston Villa with a dogged defensive display against Manchester City.
Jeremy Doku is one of the most difficult direct opponents in the Premier League , but Cash gave everything in their one-vs-one battle. Eight tackles emphasised his good work.

Centre-back: James Hill - Bournemouth
James Hill might be one of the most under-appreciated players in the Premier League. Since breaking in as a Bournemouth regular last season, Hill has been immense.
At Manchester United he was superb again, leading the contest for tackles and clearances. A big win for Bournemouth, who have made Old Trafford a playground in recent years.
Centre-back: Gabriel - Arsenal
Arsenal 's aerial threat returned against Everton with centre-backs Ezri Konsa and Gabriel on the scoresheet in a 2-0 win at the Emirates.
Gabriel's emphatic header made the result safe, after a performance that saw the big Brazilian dominate his duel with Thierno Barry.

Left-back: Adrien Truffert - Bournemouth
The sort of all-action performance we've come to expect from Adrien Truffert. The left-back punished Leny Yoro's slip to set up Marcus Tavernier's goal, continuing on the form that saw him earn an international call up for France under Zinedine Zidane.
Central midfield: Nico Gonzalez - Newcastle
Looked a class above as Newcastle earned an important three points at Crystal Palace. The Spaniard snapped into tackles, picking up a booking in the process, but dealt with that setback with trademark cool. Came out on top in his duel with Adam Wharton.

Central midfield: Mateus Fernandes - Tottenham
The sort of performance that begins to justify Spurs' big summer spend. Fernandes was everywhere in an outstanding performance at Stamford Bridge, leading the contest for touches, passes, successful tackles and dribbles.
If any player epitomised how Tottenham are improving, it was Fernandes.
Right-wing: Bradley Barcola - Liverpool
A real menace to the Brighton backline. Barcola forced Liverpool 's second goal after charging down Oliver Boscagli's clearance and powering past the defender to set up Alexander Isak.
The Frenchman was a threat all afternoon and got through plenty of defensive work too.

Left-wing: Mathys Tel - Tottenham Hotspur
One of his best performances in a Spurs shirt. Tel provided a constant outlet for the North Londoners at Chelsea, with his directness and pace stretching the home side.
The Frenchman sealed a memorable win with a brilliant individual goal, charging into space before drilling past Mike Penders.
Centre-forward: Nicolas Jackson - Aston Villa
Reborn at Aston Villa. Jackson's double downed Manchester City to make it six goals in six games. The Senegalese striker was unwanted at Chelsea, but is full of confidence after reuniting with Unai Emery at Villa Park.

There's always been a lot to like about Jackson, but a flurry of recent goals suggest there's more to come.
Centre-forward: Evanilson - Bournemouth
A thorn in the Manchester United side, Evanilson has started the season with a bang at Bournemouth.
Another tireless performance was rewarded with a superb goal at Old Trafford, as Evanilson rounded Senne Lammens and finished from a difficult angle. That's three goals and four assists in eight games this season for the Brazilian.
