After being cut by the Los Angeles Rams twice, Tim Keenan III has landed with a new team. The Rams' final pick in the 2026 draft has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders' practice squad.
Keenan was waived by the Rams during final roster cuts but signed back to the practice squad one day later. When the Rams signed edge rusher Jamie Sheriff to the practice squad, they cut Keenan to make room .
The Rams selected Keenan with the 232nd overall pick in the seventh round this year, bringing the massive nose tackle to Los Angeles . Unfortunately, he struggled in the preseason and didn't make a big enough impact to earn a roster spot.
It didn't help that Aaron Donald came out of retirement just before final cuts, which took up an extra spot on the team. Even still, Keenan was the first player the Rams cut from the practice squad to make room for Sheriff, so had Donald not returned, Keenan likely wouldn't have made the team anyway.
