Nacua played an important role in the win against the Raiders. He recorded 8 receptions on 10 targets for 68 yards and a touchdown, plus 2 rushes for 10 yards. It was a very crucial win which ended a two-game losing streak, even though the wide receiver had reinjury concerns. He had already missed two games earlier in the regular season due to a groin injury and was limited during training camp by a hip issue.

Nacua had initially sustained an injury during deceleration and planting maneuvers in a practice session on October 22, 2026. The issue forced him to sit out the next day's practice entirely and left his status for the Raiders game highly questionable. According to reports from ESPN , the player underwent an MRI on the same day of the injury that revealed no structural damage. This allowed the franchise to let the player participate in the game.
After the game, Nacua spoke about his injury issue. He said , "Just trying to run, and deceleration after, guys, it kind of tapped off on the play. I just planted, and just felt something in my lower calf." He admitted that he had to focus on avoiding reinjury, "I try to mentally prepare and say that I'm full focus and being able to play in the game and kind of letting some of those worries and fears go."
He also added, "Just trying to figure out how I can best feel out there on Sunday and doing everything I can." The game also saw Nacua join elite company.

Nacua joined the top 10 players in Rams history with the most receiving yards. He has passed Robert Woods, former wide receiver and current assistant wide receiver coach, in the list. He now has 4,676 receiving yards in the four seasons he has spent there.
On the same day, quarterback Matthew Stafford became the Rams player with the most touchdown passes. He threw his 155th touchdown pass to Nacua in the second quarter to achieve the record.
The Rams training staff will continue monitoring Puka Nacua's practice workload ahead of upcoming matchups against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Washington Commanders, and the Arizona Cardinals.
