There was no shortage of action in the game. Unfortunately, multiple players also suffered injuries throughout the contest.
The 49ers ruled out rookie WR De'Zhaun Stribling due to a left ankle injury, while tight end Jake Tonges was deemed questionable to return due to a right knee issue.
Rams tight end Davis Allen was also forced to leave the game in the third quarter. The fourth-year player caught a pass from quarterback Matthew Stafford . Allen took a hard hit from a couple of Niners players, who appeared to make contact with Allen's head as he went out of bounds.

Allen was slow to get up and seemed to stumble as he walked back on the field. The Rams decided to take him out of the game. After spending time in the blue tent, Allen was carted off to the locker room for further testing.
The Rams then announced the TE's status.
"Rams Injury Update: TE Davis Allen is being evaluated for concussion and is questionable to return," the team posted on X.
Allen exited the game after logging 13 receiving yards on one reception. It remains to be seen if he will return after his suspected head injury. If he is diagnosed with a concussion, it is possible that the 25-year-old is forced to miss multiple games under the league's concussion protocol.
