The Rangers are have locked up one of their remaining RFAs, signing Scott Morrowto a contract extension.
The pact is a one-year, two-way deal.
Morrow came to the Blueshirts from the Hurricanes last offseason in the K'Andre Millertrade.

The 23-year-old received a cup of coffee in the pro lineup but was unable to take advantage of the opportunity, putting together just six assists across 29 games.
It'll be interesting to see what happens with Morrow this season.
Upgrading the blueline was one of the club's top priorities over the summer, so the youngster seems destined to start the year as more of a depth piece.
He will have to clear waivers to be sent down to Hartford.
