The Baltimore Ravens are adding another quarterback ahead of their NFL Week 9 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley both dealing with injuries, Baltimore is signing Kedon Slovis to its 53-man roster off the Green Bay Packers' practice squad, according to Tom Pelissero.
The move gives Baltimore another option at quarterback heading into Thursday night's game as the team continues to navigate a difficult situation at the position.

Slovis is joining the Ravens after spending time on Green Bay's practice squad. The 25-year-old quarterback has limited NFL regular-season experience, having appeared in two games with the Arizona Cardinals last season and attempting only two passes.
The move comes after Baltimore lost both Jackson and Huntley during Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. Jackson suffered a right thumb injury and is expected to be placed on injured reserve, while Huntley is dealing with a toe injury.
Baltimore had already brought Austin Reed back to the organization and has Joe Fagnano available as another quarterback option.

With Slovis now joining the roster, the Ravens' quarterback options for Thursday night include Fagnano, Reed and Slovis. The situation remains unsettled as Baltimore prepares for a short week against Jacksonville.
Fagnano played the majority of Sunday's game after Jackson and Huntley went down, completing 10 of 21 passes for 91 yards and an interception. He also dealt with an injury of his own during the game and was listed as a limited participant on Monday's estimated injury report.
The Ravens now have another arm in the room with Slovis, who brings some regular-season NFL experience from his time with Arizona. With Jackson unavailable and Huntley's status uncertain, Baltimore has moved quickly to add another quarterback before Thursday night's matchup.
