Ravens back out of Maxx Crosby trade agreement with Raiders | Reaction

In a stunning development, the Las Vegas Raiders announced March 10 via Twitter/X that the Baltimore Ravens have backed out of a trade agreement for Maxx Crosby .

"The Baltimore Ravens have backed out of our trade agreement for Maxx Crosby," the Raiders tweeted. "We will have no further comment at this time."

On March 6, multiple reports indicated the Ravens were acquiring the five-time Pro-Bowl defensive end in a trade with the Raiders.

The Ravens were thought to be sending first-round draft picks in 2026 and 2027 to the Raiders for Crosby,  per ESPN's Adam Schefter .

Earlier in the week, the Dallas Cowboys thought they were close to a deal for Crosby, according to a  report via Twitter/X  from Trey Wingo.
