The Baltimore Ravens officially enter the OTA phase of the offseason this week, and while most attention will naturally focus on stars like Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Zay Flowers, some of the roster's most interesting storylines sit further down the depth chart.
OTAs often serve as the first real opportunity for younger players, undrafted rookies, and developmental pieces to begin carving out roles ahead of training camp.
Here are five under-the-radar offensive players worth watching as Baltimore begins organized team activities.
1. Diego Pavia | Quarterback
Baltimore already solved its immediate backup quarterback situation by re-signing Tyler Huntley, but undrafted rookie Diego Pavia remains fascinating. Pavia built a reputation in college football as an ultra-competitive dual-threat playmaker capable of extending plays and creating chaos outside structure. In Baltimore's offense, mobility always matters, and Pavia's athletic profile gives him a legitimate chance to stick around longer than many expect.
At minimum, he feels like an intriguing developmental quarterback to monitor throughout the summer.
2. Lucas Scott | Fullback/H-Back
The departure of longtime fullback Patrick Ricard quietly opens one of the more overlooked battles on the roster.
Second-year player Lucas Scott is currently the lone traditional fullback option, but new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle appears to prefer a more flexible H-back style role rather than a classic lead blocker. That puts Scott squarely under the spotlight. OTAs will provide early clues about whether Baltimore still values a true fullback within this offense or plans to evolve schematically.
3. Devontez Walker | Wide receiver
Few players on Baltimore's roster feel more boom-or-bust entering Year 3 than Devontez Walker. The physical tools remain obvious. Walker can stretch the field vertically and has flashed real touchdown-producing ability when given opportunities. The issue has always been consistency and carving out a larger role within a crowded offense.
Now, Baltimore has added rookies Ja'Kobi Lane and Elijah Sarratt, significantly increasing the level of competition.
Walker suddenly enters OTAs with pressure attached to every rep.
4. Josh Cuevas | Tight end
With Mark Andrews secured long-term but both Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar now gone, the Ravens suddenly need younger tight ends to emerge quickly. That makes Josh Cuevas an interesting name to track.
Baltimore has traditionally leaned heavily on tight end depth, versatility, and blocking reliability. Cuevas now enters a room where opportunities behind Andrews are legitimately available. OTAs should help determine whether he can separate himself from players like Matthew Hibner and Ty Pezza in the race for offensive snaps.
5. Corey Bullock | Offensive line
Every summer, Baltimore seems to uncover an offensive lineman who forces his way into the conversation. This year, that player could be former Maryland standout Corey Bullock.
The Ravens invested heavily in the offensive line again by drafting Vega Ioane early, but depth questions still exist throughout the interior. Bullock enters the offseason with intriguing upside, local ties, and an opportunity to compete for a developmental role.
Baltimore values versatility and toughness along the offensive front, and Bullock has a real opportunity to impress coaches during OTA practices.
