Report – Swiss Veteran Set For New Role As Inter Milan Determined To Sign Tottenham Hotspur Goalkeeper

Yann Sommer could reportedly stay at Inter Milan beyond the summer despite the club’s pursuit of Guglielmo Vicario .

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908 , the Nerazzurri are considering handing the Swiss veteran a short-term contract extension.

Despite earlier expectations, Yann Sommer could sign a new contract at San Siro in the coming months.

Indeed, his current deal runs out in June. However, Inter have not yet discarded the possibility of keeping him at the club for another season.

Still, the runaway Serie A leaders remain hellbent on signing Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
