Royce Keys and OTM have officially given their stable a name.
On the August 3 episode of RAW, Keys was taken out by Jacob Fatu during a Street Fight. Weeks later, Keys returned with a vengeance and attacked The Usos, LA Knight and Solo Sikoa.

However, Keys also brought OTM's Bronco Nima and Lucien Price along with him. The three men are proving to be one of RAW's most violent alliances at present. Instead of focusing on just one rival, the faction has targeted anyone connected to the problems standing in Keys' way.
Their attacks have especially put The Bloodline in their sights. Keys' latest message now gives fans a better idea of what the group wants.
Royce Keys officially names his new WWE faction with OTM
The newly formed heel faction is now known as "946." The name connects to Keys and Bronco Nima's Oakland roots.

Keys revealed the faction's name in a new video posted to his social media . He also issued a warning to anyone who gets in their way. Alongside Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, Keys made it clear that their alliance is based on loyalty rather than family.
"Ain't nobody safe," Keys captioned the video.
The video featured the number 946, which had already sparked speculation after WWE recently filed a trademark for the term. The meaning of the number eventually became clear. 946 is the ZIP code for Oakland, California, where Keys and Nima grew up.
The video showed images of a bloodied Jey Uso, a battered Jimmy Uso, and Jacob Fatu. All three men have been directly or indirectly involved in Keys' recent WWE story. Keys ended the video with another warning that nobody is safe from the faction.

"It's what we do. Ain't nobody safe," he said.
