Atalanta are 11th on 11 points and haven't won at home since beating Venezia on 12 October. Their last home game was a chaotic 4-4 draw with Frosinone , and they followed it with a 2-2 draw at Fiorentina on Thursday, when Charles De Ketelaere and Nicola Zalewski scored. Maurizio Sarri has warned his side not to underestimate Parma, pointing to their low block and threat on the counter.
Parma are in the bottom three on five points in Serie A so far. Alberto Gilardino is still looking for his first win since replacing Carlos Cuesta at the end of September, and Wednesday's 0-0 draw with Udinese was his first point after three straight defeats. Bernabé had a penalty saved in that game.
