😱 Sestao River 4-3 Espanyol: 121' winner seals Copa shock
RCD Espanyol suffered a painful first-round exit from the Copa del Rey after losing 4-3 to Sestao River at Las Llanas. The Pericos once again endured an early disappointment in the knockout competition.
After goals from Carrión and Ugarte had put the hosts ahead, Roberto converted a 91st-minute penalty to force extra time at the death, just when the match seemed settled.

In the 122nd minute, Jon Rojo pounced on a rebound in the six-yard box following a save by Dmitrovic to score the goal that sealed the Biscayan side's remarkable feat.
The result is a major blow for Manolo González's side, who displayed serious defensive frailties and bowed out at the first hurdle.
Having been knocked out of the cup prematurely, the Blue and Whites must now focus all their efforts on LaLiga, aiming to secure their top-flight survival as soon as possible.
