Former Green Bay Packers star Clay Matthews has finally addressed all the controversy regarding his "new look."
Last Friday, TMZ shared AI-generated photos of Matthews grabbing groceries. The outlet said he got work done this NFL offseason, but fans noticed that post was just advertising an undisclosed company. Well, we now know who was behind this questionable marketing campaign.
Matthews revealed this week that he's an ambassador for Caesars Sportsbook. He showcased his "new look" along with the app's new design. It didn't take long for fans to slam the former Pro Bowl pass rusher's partnership deal.

"Shame on you Clay," one fan replied. "People are losing their livelihoods to these companies because famous figures like you are sponsoring and supporting them. Be better, turn the money down."
"No. We don't need all this gambling promotion. Please stop," a second fan wrote.
"Ah. So it's even lamer than imagined," another fan said.
Fans will see Clay Matthews later this week.
Matthews, who had 519 tackles, 200 QB hits, 91.5 sacks and 17 forced fumbles during his career, has been hired by Netflix for its NFL coverage this season.
With Netflix set to cover the 49ers-Rams game in Melbourne this Thursday, fans will get to see the real Clay Matthews soon.
It wouldn't surprise us at all if Matthews addresses his recent social media controversy.
