The San Jose Sharks have finally called up Filip Bystedt .
They've also recalled defenseman Libor Hajek and sent down Luca Cagnoni .
Bystedt, the San Jose Sharks' 2022 first-round pick, is set to make his NHL debut against the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday.
Bystedt looks like he will center Kiefer Sherwood and Tyler Toffoli tomorrow.

The 6-foot-4 center has amassed 42 goals and 106 points in 131 AHL games, over parts of four seasons. This year, the 22-year-old has four goals and eight points in eight games.
No. 27 pick Bystedt is one of just two 2022 first-round selections who hasn't played in an NHL game yet. No. 26 pick Filip Mesar, selected by the Montreal Canadiens, is playing for the AHL's Laval Rocket.
"It means everything," Bystedt said after San Jose Sharks practice on Wednesday. "It's my dream."
Bystedt is hoping his parents, Stefan and Cecilia, and sister can make his NHL debut. They'll be flying from hometown Linkoping to Amsterdam to San Francisco.
Libor Hajek, 28, has 110 NHL games under his belt, all with the New York Rangers from 2018 to 2023. The 6-foot-3 left-hander has played for the last three seasons in native Czechia.
Hajek has a goal and an assist in eight San Jose Barracuda games, averaging 16:20 a night. He's a more stay-at-home defenseman.
That's in contrast to Luca Cagnoni, who entered the season as the San Jose Sharks' top power play quarterback. The 21-year-old defenseman, however, was unable to capitalize on his opportunity this tine around. The 5-foot-10 blueliner posted a goal and an assist in nine appearances, both points on opening night.
What do the Sharks hope that Cagnoni can work on with the Barracuda?
"Just get back to playing with the puck and having some swagger with it and some confidence," San Jose Sharks head coach Ryan Warsofsky said. "Just a little speed bump in his development."
