The Super Bowl has come and gone, but a brand-new Pro Football Focus mock draft has the Pittsburgh Steelers addressing their wide receiver woes.
In a post-Super Bowl mock draft created by PFF's Max Chadwick, the Steelers selected Washington Huskies wide receiver Denzel Boston with the 21st overall pick in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
"New head coach Mike McCarthy needs to find his starting quarterback, and then there's the question of the team's infrastructure for that player. It starts with upgrading a receiving corps that earned the third-worst PFF receiving grade in 2025," Chadwick wrote. "Boston, meanwhile, earned an 87.2 PFF receiving grade this past year, ranking ninth among more than 400 qualifying wide receivers."
A massive six-foot-four wideout who's as physical as they come, Boston would give the Steelers another 50-50 threat to stop defenses from doubling star wide receiver DK Metcalf .
In his past two seasons with Washington, Boston hauled in 125 receptions for 1,715 yards and 20 touchdowns. He also returned a punt for a touchdown in 2025.
