You'll see many names near the top of this week's fantasy football wide receiver rankings that have become mainstays this year, including breakout star Zay Flowers from the Baltimore Ravens.
Another new name joining him who could wind up as more than a vacationer in the top tiers is Stefon Diggs, who's set to become the Washington Commanders' top wideout with Terry McLaurin (knee) lost for the season.
A Washington squad fresh off a bye will be a sneaky test for the reeling Philadelphia Eagles, who were just steamrolled by the Dallas Cowboys and looked disheveled in the defensive backfield.
Diggs should creep toward double-digit targets from Jayden Daniels to establish a new WR1/WR2 weekly fantasy foundation.
You'll need more tips like this to guide the rest of your lineup into place, of course, so keep scrolling for my full player list of WR Week 8 fantasy rankings.

Start 'Em WR: Week 8 Fantasy Football Sleepers and Strong Plays
-
Michael Wilson, Cardinals at Cowboys
-
Keenan Allen, Colts at Jaguars
-
Ryan Flournoy, Cowboys vs. Cardinals
Michael Wilson's relatively quiet performance after the Marvin Harrison trade should come to an end this week against the Cowboys, one of the easiest fantasy doormat defenses for wide receivers.
The Colts are basically calling it a season, selling off their assets. Josh Downs may become their next one, even before the weekend. Keenan Allen should earn plenty of targets from Daniel Jones in game scripts that favor passing against the heavily favored Jaguars. Feel free to apply the typical PPR boost to Allen's outlook in those formats.
The Cowboys are making more room for Ryan Flournoy as the entrenched No. 3 in the passing attack; against a Cardinals defense that ranks among the friendliest to wideouts. He should make the most of his output even if he sits near his month-long averages of 4.5 catches and 5.5 targets. After all, Arizona allows defenses to challenge them deep with the second-highest average of 8.49 yards per attempt against .
