Having already seen two offers rejected for Werder Bremen 's Karim Coulibaly , RC Strasbourg have now submitted a third bid for the 19-year-old, according to Bild.
The German tabloid reports that the French side are now offering €20 million upfront and that the total package could exceed €25 million with bonuses.
According to the report, this is Strasbourg 's final offer for the highly-rated centre-back.
A number of clubs from England, including Newcastle United and Chelsea , have also been linked with Coulibaly, but no move has yet materialised. That could now change if Werder accept Strasbourg's offer.
